Migrate from wkhtmltopdf, library by library

Most libraries only run a command line. Install pdfkiln, point the library at its wkhtmltopdf, and your code and templates stay as they are. Each guide says what the library expects from wkhtmltopdf, how pdfkiln meets it, and what was tested.

Your library is not here? If it calls the wkhtmltopdf command, the same steps apply. The C library libwkhtmltox, used by DinkToPdf, is not provided.
